Shipping policy

 SHIPPING POLICY: 

 ❥ONLY during the order change period can you update incorrect address, I have no control once it’s shipped.

Once a package is shipped we (charmie.haven) are NOT responsible for LOST/STOLEN/ DAMAGED/ OPENED/ MISSING/ DELIVERED packages, PLEASE contact your local post office to file a claim.

United States Postal Service (usps) will have more information about reimbursement if you visit www.usps.com

WEATHER CONDITIONS like hurricanes, blizzards, severe storms/ flooding can cause significant DELAYS in package deliveries.

DELAYS could range from a few days to even a week or MORE in extreme cases.

Also CONSIDER Federal / State holidays as an add-on to potentially slow down shipment even more but please be patient :)

Once your order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) to see/receive your TRACKING number.

INSPECT your order upon delivery, after 7 days from when it was delivered; RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES are NO LONGER HONORABLE for ELIGIBLE items ONLY.
