INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

  • Please carefully read our international shipping policy before placing an order.
  • International customers are responsible for any custom fees, taxes, or tariffs on their orders.
  • These are set by your country and collected at delivery.
  • For specific amounts, please check with your local customs office.
  • Its important to note that terms outlined in this policy are specifically for international orders .
  • International policies override any general policies aimed towards our domestic customers.

Order/Proccessing Policy

  • Orders are processed in the order they’re received.
  • Once an order is placed you will receive an automated email confirmation with order details.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days from date of purchase for processing (weekends/holidays not included).
  • You will receive an email notification once an order is prepared for shipment.
  • Please triple check that your address is NOT misspelled, not missing apt/suite # or incorrect number placement, etc.
  • If you have issues with your order feel free to email us at support@charmiehaven.com ASAP or use the live chat tab at the bottom right corner of our website and we’ll get back to you within 24-48 hours ^_^

Order Changes/Cancellations Policy

  • A request or change needs to be done within 24 HOURS of purchase (Hawaii Standard Time) by contacting: support@charmiehaven.com 
  • After the 24 HOUR WINDOW for REQUESTS & CHANGES are closed, we begin PACKAGING YOUR ORDER.
  • There’s NO GUARANTEE that any request will be fulfilled for various reasons.
  • No further action by the customer will be ASSUMED details of the order & address YOU (customer) provided is CORRECT.
  • There is a CANCELLATION FEE for ALL ORDERS.
  • CANCELLATIONS are NOT ALLOWED after the 24 HOUR WINDOW.

Shipping Policy

  • ONLY during the order change period can you update incorrect address, I have no control once it’s shipped.

  • Once a package is shipped we (charmie.haven) are NOT responsible for LOST/STOLEN/ DAMAGED/ OPENED/ MISSING/ DELIVERED packages, PLEASE contact your local post office to file a claim.

  • United States Postal Service (usps) will have more information about reimbursement if you visit www.usps.com 

  • WEATHER CONDITIONS like hurricanes, blizzards, severe storms/ flooding can cause significant DELAYS in package deliveries. 

  • DELAYS could range from a few days to even a week or MORE in extreme cases.

  • Also CONSIDER Federal / State holidays as an add-on to potentially slow down shipment even more but please be patient :) 

  • Once your order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) to see/receive your TRACKING number.

  • INSPECT your order upon delivery, after 7 days from when it was delivered; RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES are NO LONGER HONORED for eligible items.

  • Glass cans and / or glass straws NEED to be CHECKED upon delivery, NO REFUND after 24 HOURS.

Refund/Exchange Policy

  • Glass cans AND glass straws need to be CHECKED upon delivery, no refund after 24 HOURS + proof documentation
  • Refunds are only for ELIGIBLE items if stated on that individual product list.
  • You will not be refunded because of “personal preference” vs product defect.
  • We DO NOT refund or honor “Buyer’s remorse” because you (customer) took the time and made an intent to purchase, so please be confident when ordering :) 
  • Orders placed by mistake will NOT be refunded.
  • Partial or Full refunds will not be given WITHOUT proof documentation and solely up to Charmie.Haven’s discretion.
  • Refunds DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping fees but ONLY the price of items if stated in the individual listing.
  • Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as they cover the expense of getting products to you as the customer initially.
  • You will not be refunded for damages OUTSIDE of our control.
  • You will NOT be given a refund if package is shipped to INCORRECT address and you didn’t change it in time.
  • After 3 days from delivery date, refunds will NO LONGER BE HONORED on ELIGIBLE items.

  • Items like undergarments, cosmetics, health, wellness, personal and beauty products are NOT refundable for hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Refunds are NOT offered for sale items, clearance items, promotional items OR mystery / lucky scoops.

Return Policy

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL with NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on sale items, clearance items, Mystery / Lucky scoops AND promotional items.
  • You CANNOT make a return if you can’t provide proof, order details & delivery confirmation.
  • Returns are ONLY accepted IF it states on an items individual listing.
  • You CANNOT return items WITHOUT approval on our behalf, it will NOT BE ACCEPTED.
  • Items like undergarments, cosmetics, health, wellness, personal and beauty products are NOT returnable for hygiene and safety concerns.
  • We do not offer return labels, customers are RESPONSIBLE for their own shipping costs if item ELIGIBLE.
  • Returns are also accepted and no charge to you IF on our part we sent you an item you DID NOT PURCHASE.
